Florida Swimming

The following outlines the overall registration fees, monthly dues and ancillary costs associated with your membership including meet fees and coaches fees.

Annual Registration:
Annual Registration will be charged at the time of registration and annually on September 1st.

Monthly Dues:
Monthly dues will be charged to your account on the 1st of every month.

Late Fees:
Your account is subject to a $25 late fee for any remaining balance unpaid by the 6th of the month.

Cancel Membership:
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must provide a written notice within 30 days. Accounts may be frozen and reactivated at a later time.

Freezing / Reactivating Accounts:
There is a reactivation fee of $40 3 months or longer in order for membership to be reactivated.

Meet Entry Fees:
Meet entry fees will vary from $20 to $80 per meet and are billed to your account prior to the meet. Fees are established by the meet host and paid directly to the host team/facility. The range of fees are also dependent on how many days you attend a meet and how many races you swim. Example outlined below

Meet Letter:
ENTRY FEES: (these fees are always outlined in the meet letter sent out the week of a meet for reference)
Timed final events: $5.50
Prelim/final events: $8.50
Relay events: $6.00
Facility surcharge: $25.00
Electronic heat sheet fee: $3.00
Travel surcharge per out-of-LSC swimmer: $2.00

Coaches Fees:
Local Meets:
 $30 per swimmer with a family max fee of $60.
Away Meets: (Cover coaches per diem, and overnight accommodations): Coaches fees will be split among families that are attending the meet. Example: Coaches hotel total cost = $600 / 10 families attending = $60 per family. The $30 coaches fee for local meets does NOT apply to away meets.
