In this Page you will find our New Member Checklist below of items you need to complete prior to your first practice with SwimRise Aquatics!

NEW MEMBER CHECKLIST:

1.  EVALUATION:  Contact Coach Junior to set up an evaluation for your child. Evaluations are required to be placed in the correct group depending on skill level. [email protected]

Inquiry should include: child(s) name, age, and if they are currently a year round swimmer or new to swimming.

2.  PARKING: Review Parking at UNF info here.

AFTER EVALUATION:

3.  USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION: Create USA Swimming Registration or Transfer USA Swimming Registration, INFO HERE

4.  Sign and Return the Parent Code of Conduct 

5. Purchase Required Gear

TEAM GEAR: Required gear for each group is listed on the website as well and listed below: Extra caps, some gear including paddles and parachutes and can be purchased here: SRA Merch 
  • All groups: Kickboard, Pull Buoy, Mesh Equipment Bag, Fins (Finis floating fins), Caps, Goggles, Water Bottle
  • Sunshine only: Snorkel, Paddle, Finger Paddles
  • Age Group, Senior and Senior Elite only: Snorkel, Paddle, Finger Paddles, Parachute

6. Purchase Optional Spiritwear - https://www.swimriseacademy.com/merch 

7. Go to Parking Services and Purchase an annual pass (or pay Daily $2 fee at kiosks)
